We value the partnerships we build with our affiliates and offer a robust system for earning commissions through both direct sales and multi-level marketing. By joining, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Affiliate Commissions & Payments:

• Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn 10% commission on every sale made through their referral links or unique coupon codes.
• Payment Options: Commission payments can be received via PayPal or as store credit redeemable at FragranceDealz.
• Commission Payment Cycle: Payments are processed monthly, and affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold of $50 to receive payments.

Coupon Codes:

• Affiliates can generate their own unique coupon codes to promote FragranceDealz products. The current discount limit for affiliate-generated coupons is 10%, though this may fluctuate based on internal pricing control.
• Coupon codes are auto-generated via our system, and affiliates can customize these codes to better suit their promotional needs.

Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Structure:

• FragranceDealz offers a multi-level marketing program where affiliates can earn from both direct referrals and from their network of affiliates.
• Tier 1 Affiliates (original promoters) earn 1% commission on sales made by Tier 2 Affiliates (those who promote using a link from a Tier 1 affiliate).
• Tier 2 Affiliates earn the full 10% commission on sales made through their promotional efforts.
• This system encourages a passive income stream for original promoters as their network expands.

Cookie Duration:
We utilize 30-day cookie tracking, which means if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking an affiliate’s referral link, the sale will be credited to the affiliate.

Marketing Integration:
The affiliate program is integrated with Klaviyo, allowing affiliates to receive updates and promotional materials directly through email. Affiliates can use these resources to enhance their marketing efforts.

Affiliate Responsibilities:

• Affiliates are responsible for accurate promotion of FragranceDealz products and for ensuring that all marketing complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and disclosures.
• Affiliates must not engage in spamming, use misleading claims, or promote FragranceDealz on websites containing inappropriate content.

Termination of Affiliates:
FragranceDealz reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for any violation of these terms or for activity that reflects poorly on FragranceDealz, such as fraudulent activity, spamming, or misrepresentation. Terminated affiliates will forfeit any pending commissions.

Modification of Terms:
FragranceDealz reserves the right to modify the terms of the Affiliate Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this Affiliate Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, USA.

Limitation of Liability:
FragranceDealz shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the participation in the Affiliate Program, except where explicitly mandated by law.

Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, USA.
