FragranceDealz Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must have purchased a product from our luxurious collection of brands and fragrances sold on FragranceDealz.com. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items. If the product is not in the same condition as you received it, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Return Period

Our return policy lasts for 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, you need to first contact us at our customer support email (support@fragrancedealz.com). Please include your order number and the reason for the return in the email. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (support@fragrancedealz.com).

6. Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
